Privacy of the Nuyexo UP blog
This page covers the blog, its articles, its ratings and the advertising served through Google AdSense. Effective date: April 12, 2026.
Scope
What this page covers
This privacy applies to the library at /blog/, to articles published under /articulos/, to the rating system and to advertising served within these pages. It does not cover other sections or services of Nuyexo UP unless stated separately.
Blog operator: Nuyexo UP.
Minimum data
What data the blog uses
- Local preferences: theme, animations, header status and image quality. They are saved in your browser.
- Ratings: rated article, submitted scores, calculated average and submission date.
- Anti-abuse signal: a hash fingerprint derived from the connection to prevent repeated ratings on the same article within 24 hours.
- Advertising and measurement data: IP address, visited URL, browser or device type, technical identifiers, approximate location data, consent settings and events needed to serve, limit and measure ads.
Use and conservation
What they are used for
- Remember how you prefer to view the blog.
- Show aggregated rating results.
- Reduce repeated submissions or obvious manipulation of the rating system.
- Serve ads, cap frequency, measure performance, prevent ad fraud and, where the law and your choice allow it, personalize ads.
Preferences stay in your browser until you delete them. Ratings and the anti-abuse signal are retained while the blog remains active and for a reasonable period after that to review results and prevent abuse. Data processed by Google or other advertising providers is subject to their own retention and processing rules.
Third parties and tracking
Advertising, third parties and tracking
The blog may work with Google AdSense and related technical providers to display ads and measure their performance. Those third parties may use cookies, local storage, measurement tags or similar identifiers when you visit pages that show ads.
Google may collect information such as the visited URL, your IP address and browser data to provide its advertising services. You can read Google's official explanation here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Depending on your country or region, you may see a consent notice or privacy choices before certain advertising processing starts. In those jurisdictions, the blog may show personalized, non-personalized or limited ads depending on the applicable legal setting and the choice you make.
We do not rely on Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we use more specific consent or opt-out mechanisms for advertising and measurement.
